How old does my child need to be to attend Summer Jam?
Summer Jam: House Games is designed for children entering Kindergarten through 5th grade for the Fall 2026 school year.
What do I do to check-in when I arrive with my child?
Check-in begins daily at 8:30 AM. Once checked in, please escort your child to their designated area in the Auditorium and let their group leader know they have arrived. You do not need to bring a printed copy of your online confirmation form.
Can my child just meet me outside at the end of the morning?
For the safety of all participants, we follow a strict checkout policy:
Pick-up Time: Please arrive at the Auditorium at 12:00 PM each day.
Security Tags: Present your security tag to the group leader to collect your child. Please keep your tag ready; you will be required to show it again at the exit doors.
Alternate Pick-up: If someone else is picking up your child, their information must be provided during the registration process.
Note: For your child’s safety, they are not permitted to meet parents outside the building. All pick-ups must occur inside the Auditorium.
Will lunch or snacks be served during Summer Jam?
Snacks will be served each day. Lunch will not be provided. If your child has a food allergy, you will be given the option to indicate their allergy during the registration process.
Will you be able to administer any medication to my child during Summer Jam?
Thank you for understanding that we will not be able to administer any over the counter or prescription medications during Summer Jam, except in the case of an Epi Pen or a rescue inhaler because these are life saving medications
My child has an Epi Pen. How should I send it to Summer Jam?
Please send your child’s Epi Pen in a plastic zip top bag with their first and last name and allergen written on it to the first day of Summer Jam. Please give the Epi Pen to your child’s group leader when you drop your child off for the day. Their group leader will keep the Epi Pen with them at all times.
My child has a rescue inhaler. How should I send it to Summer Jam?
Please send your child’s rescue inhaler (and spacer, if needed) in a plastic zip top bag with their first and last name written on it to the first day of Summer Jam. Please give the rescue inhaler to your child’s group leader when you drop your child off for the day. Their group leader will keep the inhaler with them at all times.
