The Senior Pastor leads the Pastoral staff team. The Senior Pastor Leadership Team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church and, together with the Campus Pastors, serves the congregation and is responsible for developing the church's spiritual life.

The Trustees shall have the duties and responsibilities generally associated with and exercised by a corporate board and are to serve the Church by assuring compliance with the Church’s management policies and procedures, by approving the annual budget and other major financial commitments of the Church. Trustees serve as Non-staff Elders.

We are strengthened by Overseers

The Overseers shall provide apostolic oversight to the Senior Pastor and are charged with protecting the Church through counsel, prayer, and if required, the discipline of the Senior Pastor. The Overseers serve as Apostolic Elders.
