D.C Kids offers a place where children from first through sixth grade can
discover and develop a passion for God. Through worship, teaching, and a
variety of fun activities, children are exposed to God's Word and
challenged to grow in their relationship with God.
Our children's services are fully staffed with adults and high school
students who are committed to teaching and ministering to children. You
can be confident that your child is well-cared for and having a great time
learning about God while you worship.
D.C. Kids is offered during all of our weekend services and Wednesday
night services.
Unite:
Unite is a weekly prayer service for kids 3rd through 6th grade. It is an
amazing opportunity for kids to take their relationships with God to a
whole new level. Every Thursday night from 6pm to 6:45pm kids will be able
to worship the Most High God, lift their voices in prayer, and pursue
change in their lives,families, schools and communities. In D.C. Kids we
believe that our kids aren’t just the future but that they are world
changers starting now. The most powerful way that these kids can impact
and change their world is by using the most powerful tool God has given
them. That tool is prayer.
Project Outreach a D.C. Kids Summer:
In D.C. Kids we believe that our kids don't have to wait till they are
older in order to be the hands and feet of Jesus. Each summer kids 1st-6th
grade get a hands on opportunity to serve their communities, schools and
church. The goal is to teach them that they can make a difference for
Jesus and become a leader by serving. All summer long we have serve days
at different locations where kids can leave a positive imprint by working,
cleaning, and even landscaping.
